Registration $385 PLUS $50 uniform Fee...

WHY THE NEW FEE?

We did a survey that was sent out to all coaches and players over the last year asking them if they would prefer to pay the individual fees instead of finding a business sponsor. Overwhelmingly people wanted to pay the individual fee. Each team still has the option to find a business sponsor and FNL will refund the team's uniform fees if they do in the form of a check or venmo to the team's coach to distribute to the players. The uniform fee is $50, the Business Sponsor fee is $450.

CONCUSSION PROTOCOL

Signs & Symptoms of a Concussion:

A concussion may occur after a bump, blow, or jolt to the head, or a collision with another player.
Watch for these signs and symptoms, especially if a player has hit their head or been knocked to the ground:

  • One pupil larger than the other

  • Drowsiness or inability to wake up

  • Headache

  • Slurred speech, weakness, numbness, or decreased coordination

  • Repeated vomiting or nausea, convulsions, or seizures (shaking or twitching)

  • Unusual behavior or confusion

  • Loss of consciousness (even briefly) — any loss of consciousness should be taken seriously

What You Should Do:

  • If you suspect a player is injured from hitting their head or from a collision:

    • Immediately remove the player from the game.

    • Do not allow them to return that day, even if they say they feel fine.

    • Ensure the player does not return until cleared by a licensed medical professional.

  • If the parent or coach disagrees with your decision, inform the league commissioner.

  • In an emergency, call 911 and notify the league commissioner.

Safety is our top priority. If you have any doubts, always err on the side of caution.

CHAPERONE POLICY

Friday Night Lights has become a popular event for unsupervised teens to hang out on Friday nights. While some are simply enjoying the evening with friends and classmates, others are choosing to disrupt games and the overall experience of our family-friendly events.

Effective immediately:
All guests 17 years old and younger who are not participating in an NCCFNL game must be accompanied by an adult or chaperone at all times.
Parents are directly responsible for their children’s actions and behavior. Chaperones will be held accountable for any actions by the children under their supervision.

We believe these changes will help ensure that NCCFNL continues to provide a positive atmosphere where families and friends can enjoy the game of flag football. Thousands of families count on us for a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment, and we remain committed to maintaining these standards for everyone.

Please help us spread the word regarding our new chaperone policy. This rule will be strictly enforced throughout the entire night.
